1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 299t platform and all its users. It is essential to read this document carefully, as it defines your rights and obligations.

• These terms may change from time to time and any changes will take effect immediately.
• 299t reserves the right to amend these terms at any time at its sole discretion.
• Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• These terms are written in English and will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

In these terms, "we", "us", or "platform" refers to 299t. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person using this platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register an account and use services on the 299t platform:

• You must be a natural person and act on your own behalf.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

It is your responsibility to notify our support team promptly if any of your provided information changes. Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Security and Password

Maintaining the security of your 299t account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• If you log in from a public or shared computer, log out at the end of your session.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to deposits and withdrawals on the 299t platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• The source of deposits and the destination of withdrawals must be the same — transferring funds to a third-party account is not permitted.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while suspicious transactions are under investigation.

No transaction fees are charged for deposits or withdrawals, however your payment service provider may apply their own fees. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

299t bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific conditions. Please read these terms carefully before claiming a bonus:

• A user may take advantage of a specific promotion only once.
• Winnings earned from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Misuse or attempted manipulation of bonuses may result in account closure and forfeiture of bonuses.

• Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household cannot claim the same bonus from the same device.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the 299t platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Every game uses a third-party tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.
• In the event of a software error or malfunction, the relevant bet may be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session and the game state cannot be restored, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a user intentionally disconnects, ongoing bets will be settled according to the rules.
• Participation in the same game or round from multiple accounts is prohibited.

If you have any objection to a game result, you must notify our support team within 72 hours of the event. The final decision after investigation will remain at 299t's discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and engaging in any of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Exploiting game errors or vulnerabilities to gain funds through dishonest means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour or making threats toward other users.
• Collusion — coordinating across multiple accounts to manipulate bonuses.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the system or hacking.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 299t and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• No content may be copied, redistributed, or republished without prior written permission.
• Content from game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, etc.) is protected by their own intellectual property laws.
• Limited viewing and use of content is permitted for personal and non-commercial purposes.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 299t will not be liable for:

• Losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Account credentials being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Delayed transactions due to disruptions in third-party payment provider services.
• Natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Financial losses suffered by users as a result of losing bets — this is a normal risk of play.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

299t may close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Failure to provide identity verification or required documents in a timely manner.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.

• At the user's own request.

If there are any valid funds at the time of account closure and the closure is not due to a breach of terms, those funds will be returned after verification is completed. To close your account at your own request, log in and notify the support team via live chat or email.
